Przedmiotem zamówienia jest robota budowlana polegająca na wymianie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w budynku przy ul. K. Miarki 5 w Tarnowskich Górach.
Zakres prac obejmuje swym zakresem między innymi:
- wykonanie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania,
- wykonanie instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej,
- wykonanie instalacji wentylacyjnej,
- adaptację pomieszczenia węzła cieplnego,
- dobudowę przewodów kominowych i przebudowę kominów
- likwidację pieców,
- wykonanie instalacji elektrycznej i oświetleniowej.
